This is not a bad article describing the possible attacks that could happen for political race manipulation. It is a bit sensationalized (probably to get readership) but all of the presented attacks are plausible with current technology.

This is a good step in the right direction. It is interesting to note that the plants mentioned are fulfilling the planned build-out, but they are being equipped with more modern equipment.

This system seems too sensitive to vibration. A passing freight train could set up millimeter size vibrations. When calibrated right, however, it will prove difficult to defeat.
